Shipping policy

At Georgia, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. As a result, every order is carefully packed and boxed to protect delicate pieces - and make it a pleasure to receive.

Please read the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 3 business days of receiving your order and cleared payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During busy periods (including sales, promotional events and public holidays), processing times may occasionally be longer.

Shipping Rates

For simplicity, we offer a flat rate of $10 for standard parcel post shipping and $15 for express, using Australia Post.

We offer free Australia Post Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD. As a result, we don't offer free returns.

Delivery Estimates

All orders are shipped from Byron Bay, NSW, Australia.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Standard Shipping: approximately 5–6 business days
Express Shipping: approximately 2–4 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post delivery conditions.

Shipping Destinations

At this stage, we ship within Australia only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy and contact us as soon as possible.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, we’ll work with Australia Post to investigate and seek a resolution. Where a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll arrange either a replacement or refund.
